Join AMO Preceptor Dr. Jeelani, MD, FACOG, AMO Ambassador Dr. Noura, and AMO Chief Experience Officer Kelli Rojek as we celebrate Women's History Month. The three will discuss the importance of women in the healthcare industry. Dr. Jeelani and Dr. Noura will talk about their work in their specific specialties and their journey to becoming physicians. They will also discuss being a healthcare provider during COVID-19 while Kelli will share her details as a patient visiting her OBGYN physician during the pandemic. AMO Lead Content Specialist Stephanie Buga will moderate the panel.

Meet Our Panelists
AMO Ambassador Noura, MD
Noura is one of our newest ambassadors! She graduated from Cairo University in Egypt in 2014 and is now residing in Jordan where she works as a physician. She participated in an OBGYN rotation with AMO in February 2019. “I think all rotations are important as they bring new sides of view, new people, and new experiences,” she said about AMO rotations.
AMO Chief Experience Officer Kelli
Kelli has been with AMO for almost four years. She loves connecting with visitors and making sure they have the best clinical experience possible. Since starting, she's worked with thousands of visitors. Kelli graduated from Western Michigan University and received her master's degree from Duquesne University.
Roohi Jeelani, MD, FACOG
Dr. Jeelani is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist that focuses on all areas of reproductive health.
A graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Jeelani completed both her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Wayne State University – Detroit Medical Center. During her medical training, Dr. Jeelani received numerous awards in the areas of fetal medicine and reproductive medicine, including the Excellence in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Award from Wayne State.
She has also authored a variety of publications and book chapters in well-known journals highlighting cutting-edge REI advancements, from preimplantation genetic diagnosis to enhanced embryo transfer, and has presented at national/international conferences and symposiums focused on advancements in women’s health.
Dr. Jeelani is based in Chicago and hosts both a virtual and an in-person AMO rotation.
Stephanie is the lead content specialist at AMOpportunities. She writes all content for our blog and is head of our social media channels. Stephanie has been with AMO for over two years and graduated from Augustana College with a double major in English and Environmental Studies.
